If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ellasport, you are welcome to return or exchange the merchandise.
Unused merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip and a return authorization number. To obtain this number, please email buyonline@ellasport.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with a return authorization number. Include this number on the outside of your return package/box. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued upon receipt to the original credit card used for payment of the item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect the credit.
All items accepted for return must be in original condition – brand new. Worn or washed items, items with make-up, deodorant marks, stains, traces of dirt and/or pet hair will not be refunded. Items must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable.
Want to exchange? Follow the return instructions above and in the email to buyonline@ellasport.com include what style and size you would like instead. If you are just exchanging for a different size we’ll ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
Packages must be returned pre-paid: we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that you return items via UPS, Federal Express, U.S. Postal Service (registered, insured). We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
